About ContX

CRMs store records. AI needs context.

ContX is the Brand‑to‑Revenue platform: one business context from brand to pipeline. Content plus context plus AI equals revenue: that’s the reason we started.

Why we started

One business context, from brand to revenue.

CRM was built on records: contacts, deals, activities. The context that makes a customer’s work specific never lived there: their brand kit and voice, personas, offers, past briefs and what has performed before. It ended up scattered across tools, inboxes and people’s heads, so teams redid work and leads went cold.

Then AI made content cheap, and generic output became the baseline. AI is only as useful as the context it works from, and records‑based CRMs never held it. So we built ContX to capture that context as the work happens, and to start the CRM where revenue starts: with the content that brings the lead in.

Every step, from content and publishing to leads, deals, billing and customer success, reads from that context and adds to it. Teams grow without matching headcount, and every deal traces back to the work that started it.

The team

Built CRM’s first era. Building its next.

We’ve both been in CRM since 1998, starting at Siebel, the company that defined its first era. We know what records‑based CRM got right, and why its next era runs on context.

GR
Garrett Reynolds
Founder & CEO
Knows where CRM goes next.

Garrett has worked all three eras of CRM: Siebel, where CRM began; Salesforce, which took it to the next generation and the market lead; and ServiceNow, now pushing it into AI. He led product and customer success inside each, saw what those systems hold and what they miss, and designed and built ContX end to end on the difference.

AJ
Ashish Joshi
CTO

Ashish led product and go‑to‑market at Siebel and Oracle, where he was the catalyst for Oracle’s InQuira acquisition, and holds four patents in content search and predictive categorization. He founded GoDeskless, an AI‑native field service platform, and leads engineering and product at ContX.
